Overview and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains the rules for using Russkinbox properly. It applies to all customers, accounts, and emails sent using our service.
Also, this policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Spam Policy. Because of this, you must follow these rules carefully whenever you use Russkinbox.
1. Content You Must Not Send
You must not use Russkinbox to create, store or send emails that are dangerous, illegal or dishonest. For example, your emails must never include:
- Illegal Things: Content that promotes scams, tricking people for money, illegal gambling, or stealing.
- Computer Viruses: Dangerous files, viruses, or links to unsafe websites.
- Hate & Bullying: Rude, threatening, or unkind words that attack people because of who they are.
- Adult Content: Explicit photos, videos, or adult entertainment services.
- Stolen Work: Using someone else’s brand names, logos or copyrighted work without permission.
- Tricky Emails: Fake sender names or misleading subject lines that trick people into opening your message.
2. Banned Businesses
Russkinbox shares its email system among many users. Therefore, if one person sends bad emails, it can spoil delivery for everyone else. As a result, we do not allow accounts from these high-risk areas, even if your readers agreed to get your messages:
- Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency, new crypto coins, or foreign exchange trading advice.
- Fast Money Loans: Fast money loans, credit fixing, debt help, or mortgage support.
- Pyramid Schemes: Pyramid schemes, network marketing, or “get rich quick” promises.
- Unverified Health Products: Unverified health pills, medicines, or cannabis items.
- Gambling & Betting: Online gambling, sports betting, or prize draws.
3. Email List Rules
Besides following our main Anti-Spam Policy, you must always follow these basic rules:
- Ask First: You can only email people who clearly said “yes” to getting news from your specific business.
- No Bought Lists: You must never upload lists of contacts that you bought, rented, or collected off the internet.
- Do Not Hurt the System: You must not try to trick our security filters, hide your details, or break our network.
4. What Happens When You Break the Rules (Consequences of Breach)
We always check our system health and delivery scores. So, if you break these rules, Russkinbox can take action straight away, such as:
- Stopping Campaigns: Stopping your current email campaigns so we can check them.
- Sending Restrictions: Asking you to clean your list or setting a lower limit on how many emails you can send.
- Account Termination: Closing your account immediately without giving your money back if the violation is very bad or repeated.
5. How to Report Bad Emails
If you get a bad email sent through Russkinbox that breaks these rules, please forward it to our team right away:
